Good Index Country publishes annual ranking of the best countries of the world. A good country, according to the authors of the study, is one that successfully acts for the good of humanity. Of course, it should serve the interests of its people, but never at the expense of other countries or their natural resources.
In compiling a list of the best countries for life on Earth, 35 different indicators (including peacefulness, economic indicators and contribution to the development of science, security and culture), provided by the UN and the World Bank, were taken into account.
Today’s list includes the Top 10 most developed countries in the world, which one is best for you to decide.
We also prepared a consolidated rating, which included the very countries of the world in various indicators.
10. New Zealand
Per capita income is very high (7.4%). And education spending as a percentage of GDP is one of the largest in the world. The country is one of the leaders in maintaining peace and global security and is a member of key international organizations, including the UN and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
9. Austria
Although Austria was placed in ninth place in the ranking of the best countries in the world in terms of indicators, it is in second place in the development of science and technology. The literacy rate of the Finnish population is close to 100%. And in 2015, Forbes included Finland in the world top 6 best countries for business.
5. Germany
The most populated state in the European Union and one of the largest economies in the world. Industries such as telecommunications, healthcare and tourism make the largest contribution to the country's economy.
